The L’Arche Connects Program Assistant is a team member of the supported independent living and outreach program with adults with intellectual disabilities. The Program Assistant supports adults with intellectual disabilities (“core members”) living independently and helps facilitate an outreach program to build skill development and independence for adults with intellectual disabilities in the greater community. The Program Assistant reports to the Program Leader.
This is a flexible, as-needed position with no guaranteed hours, well-suited for individuals seeking casual work in a meaningful, people-focused environment. Weekday morning and evening availability is required.
