Grateful for our 2024 summer students!

We always have the best summer students at L'Arche Saint John, and this year is no exception! This summer, we were thrilled to welcome three incredible new students to our community earlier this summer, Keelan, Allie and Claire.

They each bring a contagiously positive energy, enthusiasm, and go above and beyond to make our community more vibrant and inclusive, and we are lucky to have them join our community.

 

Meet our team:

 

Keelan
(Above left, with Krista)

Keelan just finished her BSc in Mathematics at Dalhousie University and will be starting her BEd in the fall at StFX. 
A favourite memory of Keelan's so far: "One of my favourite L’Arche memories is attending the Concert at the Commons in Rothesay. I love live music, and it is even better when shared with friends!"

Allie
(Above middle, with Sarah)

Allie has just finished her BBA with a major in Accounting and a minor in History. 
A favourite memory of Allie's so far: "One day Krista and I potted a flower arrangement together in the garden. It was so fun mixing up the soil, choosing which flowers we wanted, where we wanted to arrange them and then seeing how it all came together!"

Claire

Claire is studying Human Kinetics at St. Francis Xavier University and she is going into my fourth year this fall.

A favourite memory of Claire's so far: "One of my favourite memories from this summer has been going to floor hockey with Adrian and getting to play too!"

 

A huge thank you to this incredible group! Their energy, enthusiasm, and dedication help make our community more vibrant and inclusive.
