In all of L’Arche Saint John’s 19-year history, few events have had such an impact on our community as our fall gala, Building Community.
And it’s back for its fourth year.
We are delighted to announce this exciting event, taking place Sept. 25 at the Delta in the heart of Saint John. Our special guest is Saint John’s own world-class athlete and advocate, Charlie Cavanagh. The evening will be emceed by former CBC Info Morning host, Julia Wright.
Both Charlie and Julia are enthusiastic supporters of the L’Arche mission, and true born-and-raised Saint Johners who have made names for themselves in their own right. It is sure to be a delightful evening celebrating growth, inclusion and community.

Building Community has not only proven to be essential to helping us spread awareness and raise funds, but it has also become a highlight of the year for our community.
When artists at Creative Connections heard we are hosting the event again this year, they were enthusiastic to be a part of it again. And that, more than anything, tells me that we are doing something right.
